I do that on thursdays - no meetings. From next week it’ll be everyday for a bit since I’m taking a break between jobs. Need to see what the new place does in terms of schedules once I join there later.

Right now it looks like:

Wake up at 5.30
Put on the coffee
Help in the kitchen for kids meals
coffee at 6
6.15 - Start screaming matches hunting for kids and their school stuff
Kids slumber out at 6.30-6.40
Start packing lunchbags for school
Milk for the girls
7.20 - run out the door!

Noting this down for when wife starts off her career finally! Least I can do I guess!
