Just looked through ALA’s schedule and realized I’m presenting a “timely topic”! #ala2025 who else is heading to ALA this year??

Girl I live that daily! It’s frustrating and tiring. I never get everything I want done and I feel handcuffed to my library. We can chat more if you want.

None the less, I’m grateful it got found and removed. I’m basically fine, a little sun-shy at this point, otherwise doing ok. People see my surgery scar and I tell them they should see the other guy. 😆 so anyhow. I still exist (though I’m probably on TT far too much..) 😆

Been MIA for a hot minute. Sorry. 🤷🏻‍♀️ To sum up: got diagnosed stage 2 melanoma-had surgery for removal-did biopsy-found it traveled to lymph node-now considered stage 3-got MRI/PET scans-all clear-now starting a years worth of immunotherapy. Oh also I’m a hard stick so had to have a port put in.

If you get stopped by a member of the military or any law enforcement officer at a protest, you have the right to remain silent to tell them that you'll only answer questions in the presence of an attorney -- no matter your citizenship or immigration status.
