Legos or data? Both! I am doing visual statistics with Legos thanks to Mary Eldridge's presentation at #AASL25. Students enter "Open Library" and sign in with a Lego. I count legos and add it to my spreadsheet. That was my "do now" from the conference.

At #AASL25, we launched new #youngteenlit genre lists. It was difficult trying to find mystery & horror to fill a page, and the list isn't perfect: 12 and 17 yr old characters, some long books, some with young covers, and a few on the edge of YA. What would you add? Download at www.youngteenlit.com

Strangest. #BookFair. Ever. I set it up before I left for #AASL25 and delegated all the responsibilities to a parent team. I arrived at my school today to find record sales numbers, and everything packed up and ready to ship out. I didn't make a single sale. Wow. #Grateful
