not sure if you know this, but Call The Midwife is a book series. my mom read them all before we watched the show so that could be a great option for you. I also just read The Compound by Aisling Rawle and while it’s not cozy, it’s like the hunger games meets love island and super addicting.

oh my god, are we the same person? that’s my favorite genre and i just cannot read it right now. i read a very popular romance author and her book gave me such a huge ICK that now every other book grosses me out.

are you looking for some romance vibes or more contemporary stuff? i have a bunch i’ve read that i’ve loved this year!

it’s been about 7 years since the switch was released so that’s why i’m not that angry. i feel like sony and other companies pull the apple move way more frequently. and they did increase the specs drastically. however, not a chance i’m paying that much for a game. (until the next zelda 🤣)

i’m not that mad about the console price but nintendo has a hell of a nerve charging 80 and higher for a game. and they almost NEVER go on sale.

the actor was on ncis origins last night and his performance was way better. the writing and direction on GH doesn’t do him any justice at alll. what a waste of talent they’ve got going on over there.

the first book is definitely the worst of the series and then it gets better. it was an easy read for me solely because i was in a huge reading slump and hadn’t read in a long while (so i had nothing in my recent memory to compare it to). throne of glass is way better!
