It's all 3rd person prose for Critias Empire, which I find easier than dialogue. "The soothsayers proclaim this god said this and that god got angry" sort of thing.
It's an art for sure. Especially brevity, what with gamers being famous for not reading.
I did not spot that!
I figured it'd be better to long term buy shares in certain corps, then do the missions that favoured them.
But I'm admittedly not far into the game. I need to get good at not always losing my operatives. Then I'll probably start a new game/run and see if I can do better.
The updated Clan system in Folk Emerging creates ever-changing tensions & synergies within your tribe that play out differently each time you play ⚖️

I finally played Quasimorph over the weekend!
Yeah it was indeed quite unforgiving, but also had a lot more features and elements to the game than I was expecting, like the ship upgrades and faction system!
Plus the graphics and soundtrack are pretty sweet! 🤘

Cool. So it's possible to actually take enemy cities during wars (or at least occupy them Europa Universalis style)? That really would be a big change since I last played.
Feudums just got a fresh update, shaking up how territory is grabbed... and from whom.
PvP, alliances, and long-term map tension just took a big step forward.
Free. Open alpha. Still rough. Way more interesting.

Been watching the development of Astro Protocol for a while. Really cool to see it finally release!
So far, the very first one I made, the floods 🌊, are most impactful (maybe a little too much so) and it still looks so cool to watch.
