I did Zumba with my daughter at her daycare today. Let me tell you what I learned about #entrepreneurship:
Nothing. Not everything has to be about work. Especially as an entrepreneur, I suggest you surround yourself with people you love, enjoy spending time with, and with whom you can be yourself.
We’re here at Parc Lafontaine setting up to run some laps and raise some money. Come by for some pizza, games, music, and to support the cause!
Gently reminding my network about Molecular Forecaster's involvement in Pedal for Kids 2025, a fundraising campaign supporting The Montreal Children's Hospital Foundation.
Thanks to your donations, we've raised ~$4,000!
$15+ donations get a tax receipt

Only one letter because you’ve gotta hold on, huh?
$1000???!!!
Were the seats inside too expensive?
What kind of plane?
Molecular Forecaster and Oxeltis are bringing together our respective expertise to help folks design small molecules more efficiently. Check it out:

Any donation is appreciated, but if you also look for significance in numbers, then:
At $3 per km, that's a $36 donation
At $6 per km, that's a $72 donation
At $10 per km, that's a $120 donation
They're all tax deductible, AFAIK.

Thank you!
Leading up to Pedal for Kids, I'll be participating in a Jog-a-thon with the team. Of relevance to the this cause, I plan to run at least 12 km, one km for each of the specialties that treats William, the spokeschild of our cause: secure.fondationduchildren.com/site/TR/Even...
This year, donations will go toward building a state-of-the-art Children’s Dentistry Clinic, the first of its kind in 🇨🇦, designed to support kids with complex medical needs, behavioral challenges, and those from underserved communities. It will also be a space for research and training.
Hey everyone, I’m lacing up my sneakers and running with Molecular Forecaster for Pedal for Kids 2025, a fundraising campaign supporting the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation (MCHF).
If you'd consider a donation, please read on for more information.
On behalf of the kiddos, thank you!
We, Canadians, have an opportunity to seize this moment. If we sit idly by, we know what can happen. Why not try something different? Make that call, sign that agreement, ask for that support, shake that hand….collaborate.

Our community needs operators, innovators, supporters, investors, and many others. Be loud about your successes, about your aspirations, about your contributions.
3️⃣ Get louder. Our nature is to be reserved. But now is not the time. If you believe in a Canadian life sciences community, you need to fight for it. It doesn’t just *exist*. You need to contribute, however you can.
2️⃣ Pay it forward. Don’t pull ladders up behind you. New innovators, entrepreneurs, and participants in our community are facing new challenges and need support. Bring them along. Have a coffee with them. Offer mentorship. Speak to students. Get people excited about contributing. Be a multiplier.
1️⃣ Partner. Work together with others to build something bigger than the sum of your parts. There is so much talent all around you and untapped ambition to harness. There is no reason for logistical or administrative challenges to prevent this kind of collaboration. If there is a will, there is a way
It would seem, now more than ever, we need to work together to move forward, to innovate, and to further elevate Canada on the world stage. Here are simple ways you can contribute meaningfully:
As recently as a few months ago, I pointed to what I thought (and think) is the most powerful tool we have in our toolbelt here in the Great White North: #Collaboration.

Since I’ve joined the Canadian life sciences industrial ecosystem, I’ve wondered how we might double-down on our strengths and (re)discover our unique value proposition as Canadians.
The ever-changing world has Canada 🇨🇦 in a tough spot these days. While I have no interest in getting political over social media, I do share my pride of being Canadian whenever given the opportunity.

You didn’t like the 30 seconds he spent detailing why it’s important for a defender to have a stick in the game of hockey…?
Should be able to decline a PS and get a PP instead. Know if the league ever discussed that?
For other entrepreneurs, leaders: These two weeks (which can be stressful with/without family) don't balance 11.5 months of performance. Vacation should be in addition to this period; you'll get it back in spades--at least we do here.

No hockey. MLB yes. NFL preseason in August.
Too much is becoming black and white rather than nuanced. New tools require maturation, old tools were built and were successful for a reason. Both can be true.
The gripe playing out goes beyond docking, IMHO. Too many egos, conflicts, and poor incentives for it to be honest.
Amazing to see more groups reporting this way. Would love to see more, especially those without "hits".
The CACHE initiative is about learning and about innovating. No one is really innovating if they're not making mistakes.
