Similar for me. Was 74F Monday and will be 9F this weekend, but there are no hills. Highest elevations here are speed bumps in the subdivisions.

I keep my curtains open. I do have sheers in the front windows just for general privacy, passersby don't need to see in my house. But the back windows remain open and has never been an issue with the neighbors.

Why wear clothes when working from home? Some may have video conferences. Clothes-free is more comfortable.
