Had a wonderful email from a student. I deliver a flipped lecture on ethnicity and cardiovascular and respiratory disease. This lecture is meant to stimulate discussion that is not easy, but is so important. The student flagged that as a person of colour they really valued that I covered this. ❤️

Madam Butterfly by the Ukrainian opera and ballet was absolutely amazing. At the end they held the flag and sang the national anthem and the whole audience stood up and cheered. I may have had a few tears. ❤️
