Had a wonderful email from a student. I deliver a flipped lecture on ethnicity and cardiovascular and respiratory disease. This lecture is meant to stimulate discussion that is not easy, but is so important. The student flagged that as a person of colour they really valued that I covered this. ❤️

Madam Butterfly by the Ukrainian opera and ballet was absolutely amazing. At the end they held the flag and sang the national anthem and the whole audience stood up and cheered. I may have had a few tears. ❤️

I was eligible for both flu and COVID (asthma). DM me re the renal retirements. Not many of us left.

Think it’s an Austria via London bug. Saw J last weekend and she was loaded with snot after a ski trip.

Safe to say the lurgy has struck and my lungs are shocking. Hoping to feel better by Christmas. A few 🥃 might help.
