There's no escaping what was but the hope and perseverance for what will be is much less than you think, the hard part is keeping at it until you can look back and know things have changed for the better. Also no shame in treating yourself to some simple stress relief (meditation, socializing, etc.)

Ended up with this cool little mottled effect from negligence on my air removal dye bucket setup, curious if I could pull off the same effect with some heavily watered down bleach with the one on the right

Afaik prepping mandrake for a tea involves like soaking it before slicing and boiling so maybe it’s a fancier version of that, if not something else out of the skin and rind for different effects in alcohol

While it’s good to be up to date on how things are getting worse what I really don’t like is the right-this-second, bordering fear mongering reminders to be scared is not just TV news or social media but the zeitgeist of passive conversation now. Everyone needs time to not think about stress y’know
