No, Mark Rutte, Mr. Trump does not have a point. He treats America's NATO allies as personal servants, and demands tribute even while dishonoring America's commitments.

Trying to placate him by highlighting ways Europe did help with a terribly misguided, illegal, failed war just makes things worse.
