so I've had two scam attempts in a month. I'm on my third card cos of it. and yet again trying to log on to the online banking is a disaster. first it said it recognised the new card, then it said I had to register it. then it wouldn't acknowledge my new login details. now it's frozen my card. fuck!

it's .. it's typical and all the rest that the week I saw friends about some history research, shot a film, met friend for coffee and went to a poetry event, I come away feeling crushed and like never doing it again. maybe I did "overdo it" and a rest can be good but I want a rest.. elsewhere.

friend had a long WhatsApp with me about trauma responses, distancing, grounding, etc etc yesterday and as well as me getting a lot out and working out it was a trauma response getting me so down, a possible way to handle them. hope my therapy assessment hurries up.

I've been targeted by bank scams twice in the last month now. another bank card sent out after last one was cancelled. somehow they always phone when I'm on my own and enter panic mode.
