this is a specific aspect of Bronco's death that constantly haunts me. That woman probably clothed him, fed him, tucked him in etc and the last thing he saw was her lunging at him with a weapon with full intent to kill. It actually keeps me up at night

anyway, isn't it kinda fucked up that bronco gets murdered by the woman who probably raised him as a child? did it click with him in that moment that poor little simeon had a very good reason to run away from the orphanage?
