I've been thinking about how to use basic stimuli to aid concentration. There's plenty of research around that basic concept, but mostly I just see it applied in terms of "study music" which is hit or miss for me. I wonder if costume and identity change have been seriously explored in this context.
Probably the latter moreso. Might be the association of work with reward too, I'll have to see what effect other gear has, like my harness 👀
