ICE has stopped paying for detainee medical treatment ICE halted payments in October, and the situation will persist for at least several more months

Even as ICE receives $170B in new funding, it has stopped paying for medical care for detainees — including life-saving medications, dialysis, and chemotherapy treatments.

Remember: Over 70% of detainees have no criminal convictions.
