Certainly. I did very little art and entirely shifted my goals and interests for a number of years. It was like being possessed. Then I realized I’d given up what I needed most and I had to find a way back to it while raising them and not later.

Why do you write?
Here’s mine:
I write because I believe connection is what keeps us all going and so I—-I just realized I write to stay alive, to not disappear into the void and to grab hold of as many other people as I can so that we can form a floating raft.
This was so fun…traipsing through the snow and down a rabbit hole full of mushrooms and brambles…

Hello Blue Sky ✨ A friend recommended I come over to Blue Sky because there are lots of cool art people here since the Twitter-X exodus… I guess I’ll start out with some pencil work for my graphic novel in progress!
