Tangent, but the smartphone didn't even make me more productive, by the way. Easier to summon during previously sacred hours of the day? Yes. A better mark to targeted advertising? Yes. Scroll addict? Yes yes yes. More productive? Not really.

I was incredibly late to the smartphone game. Yet, by the time I got one, I never once thought, "gee if only I'd gotten one when everyone else did, I'd be so much further ahead!"
