I wrote about the entire process from packing to unpacking on my book blog. After moving now 4 times I've got the process down so I figured I would share! I also talk about moving, our new house, our new property and share some more pictures. You can go to greeneclipsereads.com/2025/06/22/s...
A reading corner. 3 bookshelves filled with books make an L in the corner of the room. A circular chair sits in the middle with a blanket. There's a small table to the right of the chair and a white 3 tiered rolling cart to the left.
My new reading space is officially set up at our new house!! I'm in love with how the space turned out. Life has been so beautifully hectic I've been MIA but I'm backkkk! Here's the little photo shoot my fiancé and I did to announce us going from renting to owning❤️📚

I'm so glad Bluesky is now full of all the amazing artists I use to follow on twitter because I will never use that site again.
also since I can say this here: fuck that nazi piece of shit of Elon Musk and all his friends.
Life is too short and there are too many good books to spend time reading ones you don't enjoy. 1 book in particular helped me realize that in 2024 when I was stuck on it for months instead of DNF it. I agree it is a harmful attitude to force children to read something they're not connecting with.
“I dont wanna hear about politics” do u think i want to???????????? Like do u think i enjoy this
It also makes it harder for them to ban books.
I loved this one! Retellings are one of my favorite genres📚❤️
Reminder for everyone: Get a library card. Visit your local library. Check out books (especially banned books). Use the other resources. Attend library events. Utilize an important part of your community that is FREE! Don't let them forget its importance. #booksky 📚💙

Yes! Or your local library
As the U.S. shifts into a volatile political landscape targeting critical thinking, I want to share an important reminder to the #booksky community:

I know, Kindle users, it sucks—but your digital copy can be deleted any time.
Yes! Books I didn't enjoy took up time I could have been reading books I loved. No more of that in 2025
Yes yes yes yes!
