Thanks Kirsty-Elise. Seeing a mixture of uses of the hashtag here. Posts from journos looking for contributions, and also from PRs creating content themselves, or offering expertise. If a user habitually hits the hashtag with non-useful posts in this context it gets excluded from the feed.
