This year’s National Liberal Convention was not only fun and exciting, but also filled with productive conversations about our shared vision for Canada. Thank you to the volunteers, delegates, and colleagues who made this weekend possible. Let’s keep working to build Canada Strong. 🇨🇦
Grateful to @tps.ca for making an arrest related to the shooting at the Jewish-owned Old Avenue Restaurant. Antisemitism has no place in our city. The Azerbaijani community is diverse, tolerant and inclusive of Muslims, Jews, Christians and others. I will always stand with them against hate.
Whether working in Africa, at the UN, in Ontario, or across Canada, Stephen Lewis showed us that one person can make a huge difference in the world. I was saddened to hear of his passing today and send my warmest condolences to his family. He will rest in peace.

A big thank you to the fantastic team at Canada’s Permanent Delegation to the OSCE. It was a honour to represent Canada at the 2025 Ministerial Council this week, and it would not have been possible without their hard work.
