We have a rival for Mickael Bourg in the absolutely terrible label stakes. Bruno Sorg Riesling Grand Cru Pfersigberg. The wine is brilliant - François Sorg is one of the top tier winemakers in Alsace - but an orange label with turd brown text? No, no, no!

If you really need to WhatsApp me, don't! Send it on Signal where we have some security, privacy, and are not beholden to bloody Meta. I *loathe* WhatsApp, getting a WhatsApp message is invariably a prelude to wanting to bang my head against the nearest wall!

Don't WhatsApp me The internet messaging service is the work of Lucifer

And another piece. If you are sending me reams of photographs or documents I do not need *that very second*, email me! If your message is not important enough to be worth the burden of typing the first few characters of my email address, do not WhatsApp it to me! snowdon.substack.com/p/dont-whats...

Oh I misread, I thought you'd written 'homemakers'. Sorry, I've been awake for two days!

Do I miss anything about the iPhone? Magnets. Wireless charging was so much easier when the phone would snap onto a charger and stay attached to it in mid air.

Nothing else.

I cannot say how happy I am to have sold my Galaxy Z Fold7 and procured an S26 Ultra. Even ignoring all the (significant) upgrades, it's just so much more usable than something that is hard to unfold into something you cannot hold or touch too hard. I love my new phone!

The problem with drinking Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru is, having a youth spent drinking Puligny 1er Cru as if it were water, it just seems a bit pedestrian. Puligny 1er Cru is now so expensive it has an abysmal QPR; what to do? Drink Alsace and German Riesling, Saffer Chenin and Kumeu River.

Mazuma Mobile | Sell & Recycle your Phones and Tablets Mazuma Mobile is the UK’s best rated & largest mobile phone recycling service. Recycle your phone at Mazuma Mobile today and get money for it!

I can only afford one because i can sell my old phone and pay in installments.

You should be able to trade in your phone for money off, or sell your phone to Mazumamobile.com. Your phone is a bit old, though. For we interesting people, the privacy display on the Ultra is worth every penny.

This is fabulous. You could buy a bottle of La Tache from a decent vintage with an €8,000 note.

I got a new phone today, a Galaxy S26 Ultra. It's fantastic: so fast, packed with useful functionality, it's purple too! We live in a golden age of technology - powerful tech of amazing utility has never been so accessible. I'm happy we have moved so far from the Sinclair ZX81.

Even fascist philosophers have the right to speak but they don't have the right to be taken seriously.

Sorry, I didn't see you asked me this. Yes, I do know them, but I have only had their wine once. It was a 2015, it was good!

Daniel Grigg: Rubbish wine - hospitality's bad global habit - winemag Why do we accept rubbish wine when we don’t accept rubbish food when eating out? Barefoot, owned by E. & J. Gallo Winery, is now the biggest-selling

I agree with this article so freaking much! We should do as Mr. Grigg says. Every time we are served bad wine, we should complain about it. Loudly. winemag.co.za/wine/opinion...
