Any chance you or @vincentab.bsky.social have a primer that include marginal effects in the context of within-between/“hybrid”/Mundlak models?

Are there scenarios in which latent class analysis or latent growth curve analysis has added value, e.g. for descriptive purposes by linking them to other variables or getting an idea which part of population is in a each group? Or is the very existence of any lc(g)a-identified group unteustworthy?

This blog post has been on my to read list (open browser tabs…) for a while now! Do you know of any in-person taught course in central Europe you‘d recommend that is covering marginal effects and different variations of regression models. Thanks in advance!
