In order to DM you have to go to your DMs and create a new chat, then add the account. It's annoying that BlueSky hides the DM option for labelers.

The label system crashed last night. Brought everything back up and will continue to monitor.

Just fixed a MASSIVE issue causing the application of labels to break completely. I've gone back through notifications and audited the past month of updates manually so all labels that haven't been applied should now appear for you.

There was a massive issue on the server this past week which caused the labeler's automation to fail. It's back up and running, but if you've liked/unliked posts to update your labels in the past week, PLEASE confirm your labels are what you expect.

The labeler has fallen behind, but is slowly catching back up! Please allow up to 24 hours from now before reaching out with label issues.

- Will be looking at updating the website. I want it to be a one stop shop for pretty much everything related to the labeler, with clear instructions on usage, troubleshooting, suggesting labels, applying for verification, etc. This will take a bit of time as I figure everything out

Quick update since it's been a while:

- Automation has been much more stable. I ironed out the last of the major issues a while back and it's been smooth sailing.

- Because it's stable now, I'm going to look into adding more options that have been suggested over the months.

I think I found a critical issue that was causing the bot to eat itself. Continuing to monitor now to confirm it's been resolved.

Performed some maintenance on the labeler this morning and the bot is in the process of catching up. Currently about 13 hours behind, but I'm hoping this maintenance fixed the issues causing the bot to break down. Should have more stable performance now, but will continue to monitor!

Love going to cons, but hate figuring out who else is going?
