The House of Commons Committee impact report summary on Screen Time hints at it though not in and of itself. It discusses how distractions can limit the effectiveness of online learning. I'm currently dealing with some concerned SLT who feel two hours of homework using a device is a problem.

Finding the balance between long term strategic plan and urgent KS4 related improvements has been tricky. Any pearls of wisdom beyond stick to the plan?
