A freshman con should get a pass with choosing a GOH that has significant name recognition to help uplift the new con. Bigger cons can be better served selecting lesser known names to uplift the people. This doesn't discount the work of more well known furries, but it's a fairer process.

They will start at 11pm and I was told I can run them as late as I want

And thats only 1% of the overall picture. There are hundreds of warehouses just like those all over, either completed or in construction, with no tenants lined up ready to occupy.

Same thing with warehouses in general. There are like 10 warehouses along Rt 38 in NJ going all the way from Hainesport to Pemberton that have been completed, and most of them have sat empty and unoccupied for years. Waste of space and resources.

Towns and states need to patch the zoning loopholes that allow these data centers to bypass community review and legislative oversight.
