As a streamer who has been on the platform for over 10 years never look at the numbers (viewers) I stress this out to people getting into streaming. It matters only if your trying to hit affiliate outside of that keep all distractions off.
🧵(1/2) I don’t understand why Twitch thinks it’s a good idea on mobile to send out notifications on a streamer that’s getting so many views on a stream. Yeah you can turn it off but like why have it there in the first place, I hate having that mentality of “Over 105 views go check this guy out”

People really need to understand not everything has to live service. Not only that but these guys are a small indie studio. Give them a break here, I love Peak and the devs behind it but they need some breathing room to what they can work with. Not everything is going to appeal to everyone.

Twitch needs to fix their shit on gifted subs. I got just got gifted a sub from someone that was from an individuals account who I no longer talk to and have blocked. No hate on that exact person who gifted me a sub but needs to fixed to where either party doesn’t get a sub if both are blocked.
