I fry my tofu until it's almost done, and then put it in a single layer on a baking dish in the oven (usually on broil lo) until the rest of my food is ready.

I think we had eaten takeout for 5 straight days (fresh and leftovers) until today when I finally had the emotional wherewithal to cook vegetable soup and biscuits from a tube after work.
