Our winter cohort has had another incredible week with the Home Builders Foundation at the new Just Compassion of East Washington County facility.
Our trainees are gaining valuable hands-on experience at a real job site that’s also making a positive impact in our community!
As we wrap up 2024, we celebrate the incredible journeys of our four cohorts this year. Each trainee left their mark, gaining valuable skills and stepping into the construction industry with knowledge and excitement for their future careers.
