I recently switched to Mint and have been enjoying it. It feels quite a lot like Windows out of the box so it's been a smooth transition.

My headset does this and it's usually nice and convenient but sometimes the devices fight for control of the audio channel, especially if one of them doesn't properly release the microphone. Half the time I end up disconnecting them from one of the devices anyway.
