a real throwback here. i loved making a tornado in realflow then taking them to 3ds max to render.

I modeled my highschool hallways forever ago. here is a still from that.

Don't remember what this was for but I miss doing fluid Sim's I should get back into it. Made this with Realflow

so the light is invisble but it was a torus and when it intersected the outter cylinder it lit it up. The outer cylinder had a displacement map that was just a few layered types of noise that was animated to get that movement. makes it look more complicated than it is!

I don't even remember what i originally made this for. but looks cool

A little usb powered water fountain. I 3d printed and put together

over the past year, i built a little antenna outside and ran a POE Ethernet to a pi that is connected up to it. now i have a whole website that shows what i decode from satellites. here is one of the videos i compiled with FFMPeG

So recently I built a 3 foot antenna in my back yard. Connecting it to a software defined radio and pointed at a geostationary satellite I am able to pull down photos it takes from space. i am hosting it here sat.coreydyer.com click the menu at the top left to view!
