struck by the polarity and interplay of Resistance and Emergence I'm reminded of what Adrienne Maree Brown saying in the 'Emergent Strategy' intro: "Emergence emphasizes critical connections over critical mass, building authentic relationships, listening with all the sense of the body and the mind."

a cursory googling of Resistance Management leads me to this HBR article that's been around ~twice as long as me: hbr.org/1969/01/how-..., my attention is caught by this tidbit: "No one of these changes makes the headlines, but in total they account for much of our increase in productivity."

scan the page and notice that an area of expertise w/in this People & Change practice area is Change Management, makes sense, and an aspect of this Chnage Management area of expertise is Resistance Management, interesting...
