I don't wanna lash out at my friends, like. When I snap and I genuinely start yelling, I get really loud, I scare the people I'm talking to and it strains my throat. It's probably cuz they're used to my room volume being softer, and at loudest being laughter. Not the embodiment of wrath itself.
The worst parts of trying to talk to/game with people when stressed/depressed definitely have to be:
- The fear that you're being a nuisance
- The concern that OTHERS will get stressed for any reason, exaggerating yours as a result
- The worry of being particularly volatile
It's terrifying...
Honestly, at this point I should just accept that a win for me in life is just never gonna happen anymore.
