After a long day of serving food, avoiding Mousse, and longing for Ranma, Shampoo decided she would take her time in disposing of the balloons that had been left behind for a customer's birthday party. The party was over. The birthday boy went home, and he took a few of the balloons with him as was his right . . . But he left so many behind too. It was not like there was another party waiting for the table, but everyone else had left. The cleaning staff would come by and clear everything out . . . Including the balloons . . . She still had the toothpick from her sandwich. She had her own ride home. There may have been a bunch of the pretty balloons left behind . . . But she knew from past experience with balloons that it could be finished rather quickly . . . It was not HER birthday, so there was no reason to take any home after all . . .

I remember that you had to send mail with codes written to get items from the villagers. The trouble was some of the letters looked like numbers, and some of the numbers looked like letters. I got a lot of replies saying they did not know what I was talking about.

I am just going to shout this out here, because I am the only one home right now... and this just woke me up.

After a couple of years dabbling in A.I. art, I am convinced that I would prefer something that would help correct or at least assist in my own drawing, rather than copying & remaking art in someone else's style. As someone who has been doodling cute girls popping balloons for ages, even the best prompt-generated pictures leave me wanting to draw something better. It does not help that while A.I. generators no longer make as bad of mistakes as they used to, the current and ongoing generations of generators seem to have fallen into making the same styles, poses, and lack of interaction over the pictures they are pretty much tricked into making. I got excited when I saw a couple of pictures others produced showed something kind-of like balloons being popped, but the results have been closer to candy crumbling, or pieces of bubblegum, than the colorful explosions that I crave. Not to mention that interaction with the balloons, something that I have always felt is most important in balloon fetish artwork, has been limited to "hold", "sit over (Not on)", "stand near/over", and "ALMOST look like you were going to do something". Early DALL-E/Craiyon works looked like misshaped jumbles of colors when viewed up close, but a few results had at least some "action" I felt I could work with. These days though the system seems to only understand "Balloon" and "girl" with anything else happening only by chance at best, and only one-or-the-other at worst. While I have a collection of A.I. artworks that catch my eye, I am pretty much done on generating them on my own anymore.
I mentioned in another post about this, but I have also noticed other people who used to make their own balloon-fetish/looner artwork before, have begun turning to A.I. art instead. It is sad but the best they could hope for in their posts of the generated art is something that is "kind of okay" compared to any genuinely loved work they used to make. Yes it can be produced cheap & quickly, but it is all going to be samey and never what their followers really want from them. Artificial Intelligence Artwork is not getting real artists fired; it is taking over because the artists are no longer making artwork themselves. It is one thing if someone who has never drawn before wants a compooper to make a Studio Ghibli artwork (Probably tinged yellow) for them, but I am seeing people who know how to rig 3D figures, edit video, and actually DRAW well, only posting things they made from Grok or Stable Diffusion. I understand there are artists out there who feel like posting anything on the internet will get their work or style stolen, but it is important to keep creating (Of course my "style" is considered "weird" according to A.I.: they have trouble telling a girl's Ass from her Elbow... Or the Balloon from her Head.). If anyone has read this far in my rambling, PLEASE continue making stuff; draw, write, sing, rig, whatever. A.I. can only hope to ALMOST produce as well as you, no matter how fast they churn out something.

I recently re-found a video by Imbapovi on ex-Twitter that I used to have saved on Youtube but had disappeared long ago ( https://x.com/mmd_imbapovi/status/1265297961275310080 ). I do not know any of the characters, but I loved the video. I kind of wish Imbapovi would do more balloon stuff rather than just body inflation, but oh well.
... They had gone inside for a little bit but the balloon had inflated herself too big to go back out through the doorway. She COULD just deflate herself a little, but they both knew that would not be as much fun (She will be fine; they do this all the time together.). #looner #balloonfetish

Maybe the real threat of A.I. art is that it is compelling artists to NOT draw for themselves anymore.
People are worried about A.I. stealing from artists or replacing commissioned artwork, but the biggest issue I have is that a few looner artists that I follow now are only posting A.I. works instead of making artwork themselves.
The balloons all had to go: either home or to pieces, but they could not stay. The big ones, the REALLY big ones, were underinflated so they could last the entire convention. She had been eyeing this one the whole evening and would not let any other girls have it (Although she liked watching what others did with theirs; the balloons were tough, but not indestructible after all...). Too big to take home. Unable to be deflated. The convention was over but the halls were open another few hours; she was going to take her time, and she intended to be draped in beautiful rubber scraps before she left that night! And behind her a couple other girls who had already "played" with their giant balloons, decided to watch her have her fun. The other balloons may have been smaller, but they were big enough to help them enjoy the after-convention show.
... I have been having some trouble finishing pictures I start at home lately, so I decided to take a sketch I made at work and finish it at home before I lost the nerve. #looner #balloon
... My frying pan still needs to be cleaned. If soaking it does not let me scrub out the burnt grease, I will go to the store and buy oven cleaner. If THAT does not work . . . I am not sure yet.
Okay, I have had some time to calm down now. I feel bad about using my kitchen issue as an excuse for not drawing like I wanted to this weekend. Here is something that I literally just made (Took half-an-hour.). #looner

Ever since the new boarding policy had been put in place, there had been more than a few passengers who deliberately brought balloons to the "POP ONLY" section. One in particular had traveled this way so often that she started requesting the attendant by name. Sharp objects were also not allowed on board . . . So she would let the attendant keep the popping-needle afterwards as a gift. "We look forward to your next visit!"
Going around, and posting up things where I can, since it has been awhile since I was able to finish anything.

Maybe I will add more/clean-up later, I dunno. I have been so tired lately, I have to rush when drawing ANYTHING it seems.
