Egg white frittata for the win

CSA haul today, I love farm eggs. I made jam from the peaches, chopped and salted the napa cabbage for kimchee. The broccoli and squash will make a good stir fry.

I tried something new with my #sourdough. I added shredded Parmesan, Thai pepper flakes and crispy onion toppers as inclusions. I may not eat anything other than this bread today, so good.

Everyday I wake up and hope to read that a few patriotic #Republicans in #Congress crossed the aisle to help remove this entire illegitimate administration before it's too late. You can call me a dreamer but I bet I'm not the only one.

#sourdough Sunday. Same batch, the loaf on the left went into a cold dutch oven, the loaf on the right went in hot. I wanted to see if it made a difference and it appears to give better height going in hot.

The end goal should be a safety net and a voice and bargaining power for working Americans. Thoughts?

Besides not spending any money today I put my Amazon store on pause today for the blackout. It would be a hit to our revenue to close it altogether but I'm considering it. Has anyone else taken that step?
