We just found out our lead tenant/lease holder who is in charge of sending the rent to our landlord didn’t send 17.5 grand over 18 months. Don’t know how it’s possible. Last time I asked a landlord if I could send half the rent two days late he said absolutely not

His contribution seems to be the creation of format that is comedically doomed on a foundational level yet never ever allowed to die. Otherwise funny people can’t save it. Live sketch comedy written and rehearsed in a week. Never stood a chance. More miserable than British panel shows.

REM is a very good shout, though feel like their 80s stuff has more enduring cult potential than U2’s. Still a far cry from how famous they once were
