Trained Navigators in #Hull, #Scunthorpe & #Grimsby hospitals will support patients aged 11 to 35 who have suffered injuries linked to violence.
The confidential service aims to steer the young people to a positive future.

Key findings:
◼ Children as young as 11 carry knives because they feel unsafe
◼ 47% had witnessed violence in the last 12 months
◼ 60% had seen ‘real world’ violent acts on social media
