I’m so ready for track season to start next week

Averaged sub 8 for 7 miles today. Lightest I’ve been in 6 years. I feel fucking amazing

Now that I’m finally out of the amber and bronze games, I’ve coincidentally won 4 games in a row and am a game from gold

My 8 miler actually went amazing today, my body is feeling it right now though

Nervous for my 8 miler today, haven’t ran more than 4 in like 3 weeks.

Jungling is fun, it just takes so much of my mental energy to do

Less than 5 weeks from race day and I’m just coming off 2 weeks of less than 10 miles. I guess we just rip it huh?

Starting using Strava in June, and finally took my health seriously for the first time in years. Told myself I wanted to run over 100 miles in December, and hit over 120. I’m so thankful to my health and look forward to an even better 2025

An excellent 7 miler this morning before the boys and I bump up weekly miles tomorrow. I really want to end this year with a month over 100 miles for the first time in years
