So at the risk of maybe overreading this and making an educated guess, I think I can guess what specifically Wyden is talking about.

I think it's about use of AI (LLMs) by FBI to surveil American communications without a warrant

A tweet from Representative Thomas Massie that reads:

I just viewed 2 Top Secret FISA docs.
1) FISA Court opinion that raises serious concerns about FBI implementation of FISA 702.
2) letter by Senator Wyden describing a secret government interpretation of FISA law.
The Constitution requires I vote No on FISA 702 reauthorization.

I sent a classified letter to House and Senate colleagues about a secret interpretation of surveillance law that every American should be concerned about.

Representative Massie is right. The Constitution requires EVERY member to vote against a clean reauthorization.

When users contacted Digi, Movistar, Vodafone about broken WireGuard VPN connections, ISPs claimed “no technical issues found” while actively poisoning DNS queries. They’re gaslighting customers to avoid admitting court-ordered sabotage.

ISP Blocking of No-IP's Dynamic DNS Enters Week 2 * TorrentFreak Spanish ISPs blocked No-IP's dynamic DNS service over a week ago. For local users, artificial disruptions like these are part of everyday life.

Let’s be clear about what’s happening… ISPs are redirecting ddns.net to 127.0.0.1

It’s DNS poisoning as official policy. They’re deliberately breaking legitimate network infrastructure to target piracy sites they won’t even name. As a network engineer, this is architectural sabotage.

Trump's Department of Justice sues Oregon, Maine for refusing to hand over voter information The Justice Department alleges that Oregon and Secretary of State Tobias Read violated multiple federal laws by refusing to hand over the state's voter rolls.

This is a gross abuse of privacy if the DOJ wins a case against our state to hand over private information on voters. No party, no government besides our own democratically elected government in the State of Oregon should have access to our private data and personal information.

Meet Rayhunter: A New Open Source Tool from EFF to Detect Cellular Rayhunter is a new open source tool we’ve created that runs off an affordable mobile hotspot that we hope empowers everyone, regardless of technical skill, to help search out cell-site simulators

Cell-site simulators (CSS, also known as Stingrays or IMSI catchers) are devices that masquerade as legitimate cell-phone towers, tricking phones within a certain radius into connecting to the device rather than a tower. Our tool, Rayhunter, can help you find them. www.eff.org/deeplinks/2...
