Bright blue stars are in a cluster at the center of the image. They are surrounded by a shell of brownish and burnt orange dust and gas. The shell has ridges that reach towards the stars like teeth. A number of more distant galaxies also appear in the background.
A grouping of large, glowing, and purplish stars dominate the image’s center. Dark ridges of gas and dust are visible around them, with more background stars crowding the view.
Several bright-white, bluish, and orange stars shine with diffraction spikes, interspersed throughout dark dust. Particularly dark regions of gas and dust are seen near the lower left.
A dense cluster of bright stars. The core of the cluster is to the left and has a distinct group of blue stars. Surrounding the core are a multitude of stars in warmer colors. These stars are very numerous near the core and become more sparse, as well as more small and distant, out to the sides of the image. A few larger stars also stand in the foreground near the edges of the image.
