October 5th, 2003 It seems the creature encountered by [///////////] was a defective member of it's own kin. It explains the more erratic looking behavior present in the corrupted footage. Normally the entities seem to have more defined eyes, as well as the opening for there oral cavity not being fused together. The eye's themselves also do not glow a faint red as the defect had. Further research is required. Send task force A and B to scout the surroundings below for how many of these things are present.
