A3 Attending a writing retreat for my SFHEA and my colleague who was facilitating the event simply asking 'so what?

A2 It depends on the context, If I'm looking at impact of my teaching = students; staff development= peers
Both are unpinned by a theoretical lens. #LTHEchat

The term annual leave from work should also equate to holiday or vacation. A time we switch off and recharge. So no looking at or responding to emails.
In recent years this seems harder to do without feeling guilty for not keeping on top of things & a sense of falling behind.
How are you coping?
