I’m so sad today. The holidays are a lot of pressure. Everyone wants me to be what they want. But no one wants to be what I need. Everyone is mad bc my anxiety is so high my eyeballs are throbbing. I can’t get the courage to leave my room. They don’t even acknowledge that anxiety is a thing.
