We found:

🧠 Disproportionately small cerebella & altered lobular structure
⚡ Reduced spontaneous & burst activity in cerebellar circuits
🧬 Persistent Purkinje cell degeneration and astrocytic reactivity
💡 Cerebellar abnormalities persist despite motor neuron rescue
