Thank you to the Michigan Democratic Party. Thank you to our competitors in this race. Thank you to everyone who believed, showed up, and poured their hearts and souls into this campaign.

The work is just starting. Onwards to November. And onwards for a brighter future for Michigan.

Democrats will win in November if—& only if—we offer something different, not more of the same.

Former MDP Chair Lavora Barnes knows that better than anyone. That’s what our campaign offers. I hope you’ll vote for us at convention on Sunday so we can take the first step towards winning in November.

Have you ever wondered why corporations can just, like…take our water for their own corporate use?

Here’s why. And here’s what I’ll do about it as Attorney General.

The amazing (and fast-talking) @leahlitman.bsky.social, of @strictscrutiny.bsky.social fame, explains in 30 seconds why she’s supporting our campaign for AG.

So honored by her support. Onwards!

The next generation faces unique challenges—AI job displacement, attacks on free speech & civil liberties, crippling debt & ever-rising costs—that the AG must help address.

I’m so grateful so many young people have placed their trust in me. And they’ll always be front-and-center in whatever we do.

The birthright citizenship order before SCOTUS is unconstitutional & wrong.

But did you know it’ll also result in loss of funding for special ed, Medicaid, CHIP, and SNAP services for kids—straining local communities?

It really is this simple: when somebody gives money to a lawyer, they don’t expect that lawyer to turn around and sue them.

That’s why I’m proud to be the only candidate in this race never to have taken a corporate PAC check—and to turn down all money from utility PACs, lobbyists, and CEOs.

So honored to be endorsed by the Michigan Democratic Party’s Arab-American Caucus. As Attorney General, my North Star will be ensuring justice for every Michigander, and every community. And I look forward to working alongside the Arab-American Caucus in pursuit of that work.

Nope. States can & should regulate AI. And as AG, I’ll:

✅ Litigate against any federal attempts to preempt state regulation.
✅ Use the AG’s rulemaking authority to regulate AI-based price-gouging, deceptive marketing, & job displacement.
✅ Support legislation to regulate AI.

Honored to be endorsed by the Michigan Democratic Party’s Veterans Caucus!

As AG, I’ll always fight for those who fought for us. With veterans services, federal jobs, & so much more under attack, I’ll work to ensure that we honor—in words & deeds—the vets & military families who’ve given so much.

Honored to have the endorsement of the MI Working Families Party! Dedicated to building a multiracial political movement that advocates for working families, WFP fights for people—not the wealthy & well-connected.

Those values are my own. And I will always, always fight for working families as AG.

Because make no mistake: reproductive freedom is still under attack. We need an AG who’ll fight to defend our rights.

“Personalized pricing” is dystopian nonsense that’s just price-gouging (& price discrimination) gussied up with AI algorithms.

And during my first 100 days in office, I’ll use the AG’s rulemaking authority under our Consumer Protection Act to prevent AI-based price gouging.

Grateful that no kids or staff were injured in the Temple Israel attack.

But lack of physical injury doesn’t mean nobody was hurt. Those present—& the broader Jewish community—will bear scars. Many will fear violence for just being in Jewish spaces.

The antisemitism, hate & violence must end.

You—yes, you—were likely never supposed to be allowed to cast a nominating vote for statewide Michigan positions.

These decisions were supposed to be made in smoke-filled rooms by party insiders.

But today, the Michigan Democratic Party’s rules allow you to vote. SIGN UP (free) at bit.ly/FreeMDP.

Proud to have the endorsement of Congresswoman Rashida Tlaib in our run for AG!

Rep. Tlaib is a fighter—one who’s repeatedly stood with Michigan communities against even the most powerful of actors.

I’m honored by her support. And I look forward to standing alongside her in these fights as AG.

Ann Arbor showed up to protest what we’ve seen from ICE across the US.

Nobody—including federal officers—is above the law. But lawyers won’t win this alone. As in Minnesota, it takes all of us, working together, to put and end to this.

I’ll be right here alongside you, in the streets & courtroom.

Bridge Owner Donated $1 Million to MAGA Group Before Trump Blasted Competitor

We need to open the bridge, create Michigan jobs, and bolster our state economy.

And we also need to do absolutely everything we can to check--and roll back--the distorting influence of money in our politics.

I'd be lying if I said that it's a straightforward legal path. But given all the economic pain working families have experienced in recent years, we owe it to them to procure whatever relief we can.

And I'll fight for that as AG. /fin

SCOTUS has ruled.

And it's now up to policymakers—legislators, federal enforcers, state AGs with consumer-protection authority—to ensure that in the aftermath of the Court's decision, working families aren't simply left holding the bag. /7
