The expectation of going to court for all instances of life support withdrawal was rescinded a couple of years ago IIRC. But only if all concerned agreed with the proposed course of action.

This is not non-official evidence it is just no evidence at all.
It is not really about ‘influence’ (on a decision) but being able to act on one’s decisions free from harassment and intimidation. For the most part, those attending clinics have made the decision.
