I'm having a rough time because of the anniversary of my dad's death coming up and this job is NOT HELPING. My manager just made me full blown sob at my desk. I'm expected to go in office with them next week too. I don't have it in me to play pretend rn

Saw my neurologist on Friday and we're trying to once again break my daily migraines. If I can't break this by Tuesday, I'll have to try infusions again 😭

Don't feel bad! It's not like you could have known! I've been applying but so far nothing 🥲

I feel bad because I want to hang out and do stuff but literally I clock out and bed rot. Sometimes I fall asleep, sometimes I don't. I'm just really not feeling like myself anymore...I'm hoping things get better after I grasp being a manager but it's so hard right now

I just feel so burned out and it's only gotten worse with being promoted. I literally had a short vacation to myself and was immediately bombarded when I got back. It's so bad I don't ever want to go on vacation knowing how it'll be when I return. I don't take my breaks. I'm just so exhausted.

I'm really missing my foster kittens, especially Peaches. There's adult fosters needed, but unfortunately I'm going 2 of the next 3 weeks so I can't really commit to that right now 🥲

Life update. Good news: I got promoted! Bad news: my Crohns is worse than it's been in years again! 🙃

What else would the space between her ears be for if not kisses?

I interviewed for an internal promotion today. I think it went really well so I'm hoping that I hear back 😭
