Yep! I emailed them about Ciel and they claimed they'd be 'shipping it separately' I recently got a tracking number for Sebastian's bonus but there's still no update from n Ciel's 😭. I spoke with someone else and the running theory is they oversold bonuses

Friendly reminder that Congress had enough phone calls coming in last February that it was actively causing the phone system to crash and they had to progressively work to upgrade it over several nights to ensure it could handle the call volume.

If enough people call, it disrupts the system.

I have this same issue with kalim's nendoroid 😭 One tiny tap and his staff falls from his hand! i've found using sticky tack helps but I'm not really into the residue it can leave behind.
