dan nigro has let me down

Puso tackled a player with his spikes up. That was the reason for the red card. I liked Detroit neighborhood stadium and their supporters group is good. They were on it the whole game. There is no justification for suffering like this against Detroit, we played a a lineup with a lot of starters.

It looked like Puso spiked a guy with his cleats on a nothing burger of a play, it had to be very dirty because the ref had his hand in the back pocket when he was still 15 yards away from him. Very immature play from him and nearly cost us the match. Has to be professional in that moment - I think the adrenaline from the home supporters got to him on that touchline.

A couple of people in the match thread are saying that Puso made a studs up tackle, presumably right after the broadcast froze

yeah I mostly assumed it was two people independently hitting a button at roughly the same time but 17 seconds is wild
