I know it's just the voice in my head telling me to never try again and give up...it has to be. @aavarion.bsky.social sending an email back was a shock to me, and even more so that it was as kind as it was. They explained everything, and I still feel good about my auditions. Nicest rejection ever.

If you're out of the loop, I auditioned for @aavarion.bsky.social ... I didn't make the cut BUT the feedback they gave me was genuinely incredible! I have no words and I am honored they enjoyed my performance. THANK YOU 💕 I will definitely try out again, be sure to go check out their show!

Always struck by how much of a loser you are if you use an AI generated profile picture. You don’t got one good photo? One drawing from a friend? A random meme or in joke in image form? Loser. Go get a life and one of any of these things, and use that instead of your crappy gen-AI slopfile picture.

Getting the rejection email from @aavarion.bsky.social has been the most headwind moment I have felt for wanting to become a VA
