Can't find the full old listing, but I did find this basic summary from a 2.5 years ago showing it as for sale with a lease-back arrangement. And the second screenshot showing no recorded sales since the Common House folks bought it in 2014 to start the renovation.

And even in the current listing circular from May of last year, it indicated 6 years left on the lease. thalhimer.com/wp-content/u...

So strange. Common House used to own the building, but had it listed for sale a few years ago where they wanted to sell it, but have a long term lease from the new owner. Wonder what happened.
