It's either periodically checking Teams to make sure the infra hasn't died for some reason that isn't the infrastructure at fault - or getting frantic calls from people for the same reason.
I hate phone calls so it's the lesser of two evils, although I've hard both outlook/teams archived for 2wks.
I try to minimise the notifications I have enabled on my phone, but certain apps like to override my preferences with updates - or even worse, nag screen me that it's a required permission and not let me use the app until I allow it or circumvent the nah somehow.
Microsoft Teams being one of them.
